Contact Sales by Email?
Considering moving broadband to Sky but need to make contact with sales by email. Tried the Bot but can't break free of automatic responses & connect to a human. Messaged on X but no response.
Is it possible or must I look to another ISP?

Re: Contact Sales by Email?
There is no email address that you can use to contact Sky. If you question is a general one then you could post it on here as someone might be able to answer it for you.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Re: Contact Sales by Email?
Sky Broadband doesn't use email as a point of contact with either Sales or Customer Service.

Re: Contact Sales by Email?
@ClairHands there is no way you can suspend a broadband contract which is going to be difficult in the circumstances you describe.
The proper way would be to cancel your old contract and start a new one when your new property is ready. However that could cause cancellation charges if you are still in contract although it is worth asking Sky if they can wave those. Alternstively you could leave the old contract running until you can arrange a standard home move which is great if the property is going to be vacant or you can do a deal with the new occupiers but otherwise is going to be a problem as they cannot get a connection using the same line if your Sky service is still active.
