@Moll2
We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

If your services have been restricted any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay. Restrictions are normally only due to a missed payment and they are applied automatically so agents can’t override the process.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

If you can’t pay what you owe in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

Once you’ve done all this you’ll be able to call Sky if you still need to speak to an agent.

Nobody here can do that. If your services have been restricted for non=-payment, they should be reinstated once your payment has cleared, providing you've paid the full amount outstanding, and re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment.

@Moll2

More details are required, like have you fallen behind paying a bill and has it now been paid ?

Re: Contact number Ireland

The 0818 number rings and returns with 'the number you have dialled is not recognised'

Re: Contact number Ireland

Sky gone like most companies in that communication with Customers when customer needs to query something is very low down the priority list. Trying to get in contact with Sky for days. The bot is useless. Please provide a phone number or email.

Post #2 has the number.  What's the issue you are trying to resolve?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@JDeeIE The link you posted isn't what is referred to in post 2.

Re: Contact number Ireland

The link Sky provides on Sky Ireland website/page states "contacting Sky Ireland"

www sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-ireland

Circa 4 months after launch Sky Mobile (Ire) isn't even listed, as I found out this morning.

Eventually spoke to someone Sky Ire Mobile whom would have been more helpful if they were in a third world country third world subcontractor with a language barrier.

Years ago before Comcast bought Sky things worked. Including customer CARE.

Now you can't get a phone number easily, nor a explanation out of them.

Stuck abroad with zero Mobile service and they won't discuss anything or help.

Re: Contact number Ireland

Issue resolved live chat via Private Messages.

Guy was liaising with someone else but we got there, thanks to him & for his patience (and mine) lol) via his colleague he was bouncing off. Was a lot less frustrating than calling, not having to explain several times just took a bit of too & throw with his (I assume) backend/technical 🥰

Re: Contact Phone Number ireland

The 0818 number for Ireland is reporting as "an incorrect number". Meanwhile, trying 150 from a sky mobile device goes nowhere. Do you have any idea what's going on? Thanks.

I need a new network card and I cannot find a Sky customer service number. Help. Help. Help[. This system seems to be designed to frustrate customerts. Are there any real people in Sky?
