Hi,
so we have super fast broadband, the broadband checker is saying everything is ok but we are only getting 2.1mbps whereas we use to get around 47mbps. We can barely watch Netflix as it's so pixelated.
As well as this it has been dropping out for weeks. We had an outdoor fault supposedly fixed by engineers.
I use to work for BT in faults so I know the drill, so I've done all the standard stuff, reset etc.
Why can I not find a phone number to actually speak to someone regarding this persistent fault?
