Constant poor wifi broadband connection

Hi, I am fed up of having constant poor WiFi broadband connection at my address. Also everytime I run a test on my sky it says I have the full 900 connection speeds and the garuntee speed of 600. I do not believe it for one second the connection is always poor and very slow especially at these speeds I should have no problem having the Internet connected too more than 3 devices at the same time. And at night time most nights the Internet connection just stops working. I am fed up of it now and I can not wait for my broadband and TV contracts too run it's course so I can leave everything I have with sky. Awful products and even worse customer service absolutely shocking company

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it is sometimes essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..

See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…

This link provides information about the coloured lights you may see on the various hubs
