Constant internet connection drops every 5 mins or so.

Overall intenet connection quality has been poor as off the last few weeks. Then around midday 26th Feb. More regular connection drops started. Since then, every 5 mins the connection will drop, the Internet light on the router will flash orange and or go off and then 5 mins later connection may recover for another 2-5 mins. Repeating over and over.  All the recommended trouble shooting tips have been followed to no prevail. I even left the box off for a couple of hours this morning and then once plugged in again. Same issues immediately occurred again.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
