Constant failure of wifi
Had to reset modem 4 times today.
this is unacceptable. No issues in area. We upgraded to fibre last year as this was a challenge previously. I pay over £100 a month have a terminally ill husband at home who relies on internet connect to be able to communicate with me in the house. I have to work from home and these issues are preventing me from maintaining productivity. I'm a full time carer and full time worker, I do enough hours without you extending my work day by hours because I can't complete my work!!
I am becoming increasingly annoyed.

Re: Constant failure of wifi
@KHW88 From the link's below could you say what hub you have and when you have an issue with the hub do you see what it indicates also good to know what speed package you have!
If you could also run the service checker but look at the Broadband to see what sky thinks of the last 30 day's on checking what the line and hub look like when they test once per day also!
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
