Constant disruption to wifi
For the past few weeks my broadband connection just drops out. As a result I lose connect to my sky streaming service, house alarm, ring doorbell etc...I am constantly rebooting both the router and the sky tv hub. In the last 10 days I have not had a reliable connection for most of the day. I spoke with a rep by phone a couple of weeks ago and she promised to mail out a new HDM1 cable - nothing has arrived.
To say I am now not very happy is an understatement. I live alone therefore it is very important for me to have a reliable service.
Can you please advise how we sort this ongoing issue as soon as possible. I have been contacted by Virgin Media recently about my returning to them which at the moment I am considering unless my current problem is resolved quickly and with the least disruption to myself (i.e. taking time off work to wait for an engineer who tries to tell me I'm not connected but couldn't explain why everything has worked fine fir over a year) I await your response

Re: Constant disruption to wifi
Just to point out this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky.
Have you run a line test to see if any faults are found:
