Constant disconnection

Constant problem with disconnections. BT engineers out every three months all saying that the road connection is a problem. And for some reason we are at a connection box 1/4 of a mile away instead of one at the end of the road. Paying £50 a month for broadband only - rip off for a service that doesn't work.
