Constant broadband issues

The Wi-fi keeps dropping out. It's has been slow for a few weeks. It takes hours for anything to download in UHD, so we are watching things in HD atm. 
connection keeps dropping making working from home frustrating. We need assistance resolving this matter ASAP. 
I also need to discuss current pricing. Please call my wife to discuss. She has authorisation on my account. (You won't let me add a number)

Sort my WiFi out. It's too slow and pretty much doesn't work.  Most times through the day.  When I switch it off on my phone it works fine.

not really any issues on the tele. Just my phone device when using WiFi and it works when I switch it off.

its meant to be faster???
