Very frustrating, affects all devices, WiFi and Ethernet. Myself and partner work from home several days a week and frequently lose access to the VPN. 

I went through loads of troubleshooting over a few days with live chat after it was escalated a few weeks ago and then suddenly got a text saying resolved, no idea what was done but it did seem to work fine up until today.

I have had fibre installed today and endless issues saying I have connection to my router but not the internet.

 

i have also troubleshooted and still no joy. I have nothing connected and sat in limbo!

Thankfully I am in my 2 week cool off period so have cancelled my contract. 

 

But the same as everyone else, constant Wifi dropouts with no errors shown in the logs. I work from home and are having to use my mobile data due to the WIFI being unusable.

 

Interesting one here is I can't use WIFI or Cable both suffer constant dropouts

 

Considering how many people have reported this issue you would think they would make this a high priority.
