Constant WiFi issues

Hi,

 

I am a vip sky menber, and I'm still having such issues with my WiFi, I work from home and regularly no one can hear me on work calls via different channels.

 

we are paying for additional support but when the engineer came he did see issues. Please can we have someone re review our case as the mini pods fitted aren't resolving the issue.

As we are customers here so you are not talking to Sky you will need to report this to Sky, working from home doesn't give you any extra support than any other customer. If you can't make a call then Sky can also be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of this page.
