Constant WiFi dropouts

WiFi keeps dropping out to devices on my network.
My Sky app says there are no issues other than the fault I know I have which is that
I have an issue with my Sky Q Mini box that is being replaced - losing connection to Sky Q and dropping off network.
I experience issues with Sky Q running slow on Menu screen and sometimes it's unresponsive to the remote.
I have a fire stick that keep dropping out when my kid is watching YouTube Kids.
And I have an iPhone that keeps losing connection to the network.
I've carried out numerous reboots of the hub and the incoming BT fibre box and this works for a few moments and then it happens again.
When I unplug my Sky Q box from hub it runs better and WiFi dropouts are less but still occur.
I'm not sure if the issue lies with my Sky Q box or my WiFi router.

I'm not super tech so any help

would be appreciated.

Re: Constant WiFi dropouts

I'm available to discuss now.
I've had my new Sky Q Mini box delivered today and it's all setup to my Sky Q box.
It all works fine with Sky Q using a wireless connection. Once I plug in the Ethernet cable for the Sky Q box it throws a wobbler and I have network issues all through the house.
I'm assuming this is a main Sky Q box issue but I have no way of speaking to anyone to confirm, or even book an engineer to come out and diagnose.
any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
