Consistent issues with connecting to Wi-Fi
We moved into our property in April and have had issues connecting to the Sky Wi-Fi every couple of weeks. The first time I called we had to reset the Wi-Fi router and create a new password. The second time this happened, we had to do the same thing. I am reluctant to call for a third time in case they suggest the same reset which clearly isn't a long term solution. We are able to connect to the W-Fi using our mobile phones and personal Macbooks but have trouble with our work laptops using Windows and the PlayStation 5. The only way the PS5 will connect is via the WPA2 security setting but this occasionally does not work and we have to spend 30-60 minutes every day turning things off and on again and I've lost count how many times I've had to turn the router off and on again. It seems odd that this keeps happening every few weeks. We are in a contract with Sky until October 2025. Any suggestions would be gratefully received as we are confused what we should now be doing.
