Connectivity
Today in particular but apparent to lesser extent on other days we are experiencing difficulty connected to sky to snd broadband, the latter stopping my wife working.
we have repeatedly followed all steps as promoted to no avail.

@MP99 What do you see in this step link below and anything else that is associated with whatever broadband service that you may have!

Thank you for the prompt response/interventions, much appreciated. Somehow my wife (technical head) has managed to resolve some connectivity. Sonos is outstanding which may be a separate issue.

@MP99 Trust the wife, they get frustrated with all the stupid wi-fi much quicker, and if you DO happen to have sky Max white hub, then look at the wpa mode off operation, WPA2-PSK will more than likely be best!
