@Chris847 any WiFi capable device can connect to a Sky hub but it can be difficult. I assume you have an Arlo camera which I suspect may only connect to the 2.4GHz band WiFi and has issues with a dualband SSID. If thst applies and you have a white Skybhub find the hub's advanced settings temporarily turn off the 5GHz band connect the camera once connected turn the 5GHz band back on. Hooefully thst should sort it.
