Connections Issues

I work from home and have been having frequent issues with connectivity. The last few days specifically have been patchy, losing connection and calls dropping or feeezing. 

this is happening where there isn't any major usage of the hub. 

Issues are occurring with both the WiFi and the network connection

Do you have full fibre?

 

If you have full fibre is your ONT on line correctly? Power light, PON Light should both be on, LAN light should be flickering. A red LOS light indicates a problem.
