Have checked everything but there is no internet connection.HELP

@Jo385 if the online service checker run over a mobile connection is still not telling you that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line and is not offering further help call Sky. Normally if the line dropped more thsn an hour before the system will take you through some simple steps and offer to book an engineer
