I've had an engineer round today to change me over to fibre but cannot get WiFi as saying incorrect password

Were you given a new hub by Sky, if so the password to use is the one printed on both it and the card that came with it. Make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
