Connection to ps5

Hi,  my new Sky Max Hub has come today and wont connect to my PS5. I have read previous posts and have tried all the help offered, however when I change the security levels my PS5 now says the password may be incorrect. When i re-enter the password it just wont connect. Any ideas would be great, TIA,

Have you tried just resetting the network settings/forgetting the network on your PS5 after changing the security settings on your router?

I did try that and had no joy, very frustrating. I had two bb providers before as I had PS connected to the other provider, but thought the upgrade would cut down the cost and also provide coverage.
