Connection to hub dropping out

My internet connection to our router appears to keep briefly dropping out. 

 

My PC, connected to the router via ethernet cable loses connection for approx 30 seconds at a time. Family mobiles advise loss of wifi again for similar lengths of time. TV's whilst watching Netflix or Prime briefly show the buffering icon whilst watching programmes

 

Having gone through the hub tests, it just says the router is working normally

@Carl_RT If you have run the diagnostic checker and it did not find anything wrong, next step is to call sky and have them run the check at there end!
