Connection to hive
You tell me the WiFi router is working but it is not connecting to my Hive. What do I do ?

@Me441 if other drvices are connectung then the issue is with the Hive hub which have a habit of being a pain to connect. Depending on which type you have I found leaving the Hive unit plugged in fir a few hours can help. Hive support have provided some incredibly questionable advice going by what other customers have posted but they are worth calling.
However my own Hive hub works correctly with no changes to my Sky hub so it can work. As a general suggestion keep the Hive hub a few feet from your Sky hub as these two can interfere one with the other as Hive uses a non-WiFi radio system called Zigbee to communicate with its devices but they both use the same 2.4GHz frequency band.
