Connection problems

17.30 every day my internet drops out and I never get wifi on my phone even when next to the router.

When the issue occurs do any lights on the hub change?

Do you have anything timed in your home for 17:30 or something thats often used at that time?

No lights change. Nothing changes in the house. Today it's faulty earlier. 16.30

@Diana77 Two things spring to mind, parental controls but you would need the sky Max for that one, and have a look at the Broadband shield settings on your account!
