Noticed our connection was weak. Then the next day no connection at all.
Done the 'switch off WiFi etc etc and nothing.
Tried the remote Home button optio on sky, nothing.
I paid my last bill and next bill is due on the 16th.
Went onto the app and it says my contract has ended ? Yet payment will be taken on the 16th?
Help please. Thanks x
