Connection on laptop and other devices

I have been struggling last week with the WiFi connection to my work laptop and I pad. Never had this issue before spoke to my IT and the fault is coming from the WIFI as they couldn't even get a remote VPN connection.

i got told about having my broadband updated but they have changed the date to November and not Monday 27th OCt please can someone help.

@Katrinaperry24 Have you tried connecting the laptop direct with an Ethernet connected cable to the sky Hub?

No I haven't yet tried that, will that work ?
