Connection lost every few mins

Hi, on Thursday night and Friday all day (24 and 25 October) I have experienced continuous loss of connection. Can you please check the record of the connection stability? It was really disruptive to my work so if you can see something I would like someone to come and check it thoroughly. I just ran the test a few mins ago from the portal and it shows ok.

@GLD2  You are not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself. Do you have a black and white router from Sky?
