Connection loss

I was calling previously about connection loss. 
they told to call back and let know if the light is changing colour. 
it's not changing colour and staying white when connection drops and in a few minutes comes back.

@Tomass The Forum where you have posted is not Sky Customer service, but as you have explained the sky Max hub stay's white on the connection, so what do you see at the device, ie wireless connected but no Internet, no wireless connection, is it all devices on wireless wifi that disappear, and finally do you have anything on Ethernet that is working also and if so what happens to that!

 

If you need sky then you will just have to call but open 8am to 8pm!

I've been having the same problem for two weeks now and everytime I do the service check it says it's fine

@SirWoodsy Not sure if the answer above is what you need, but trying to find out if this is a sky Max wireless dropout, the Ethernet is still up and working good, to fathom it all out good/bad Hub, good/bad Device, good/bad Fibre! etc

 

I have NO sky equipment on a FF500 connection and ZERO problems!
