If your connection is dropping and returning it implies a line issue which you need to report to Sky. Whether they can get Openreach out to check the linecdepends on the severity of the issue as in most cases the automatic systems managing the line should stabilise the connection but can take a few days to do that. Number one cause is the recent bad weather.
