Connection keeps dropping
Internet connection keeps dropping multiple times a day, drops every 15 minutes to an hour for about 10-15 minutes at a time.

We've got the same/similar problem. Orange middle light. Pulled out wires for ten minutes before reconnecting. Still no luck.

First point loss of service after midnight is often linked to overnightbmaintenance so if the service is back by morning irs safe to assume that was the cause. Frequent service drops however points to a line issue which needs reporting so it can be looked into. Sky's lines should be open by 8am

Thanks for your response however
It is not just at midnight or just after it's also been happening throughout the day.
Thanks for the information about their customer service opening time as it looks like that is most likely my only solution to stop the connection repeatedly dropping.

@Sam282 that reply was to all of the posters in the thread several of whom were posting after midnight. In your case talking to Sky is sensible.
