Connection keeps dropping, reverting to mobile data

I have changed to sky max and also upgraded to the super WiFi which is costing a fortune I cannot keep my work laptop in signal keeps dropping and then is lose all my work I wish I never changed this is a nightmare I have done everything and still it goes out of signal
