Connection issues

Hi. I see yellow light then not Internet light 3 green light and 4 orange light... can you please assist. I have noticed today where connection has just dropped randomly.. and not I have no WiFi

Hi I'm have WiFi connection issues with it not working on mobiles and not working on the sky apps it's not connected
