Connection issues

All month but particularly bad today, the connection on our Internet drops out. All devices not just one or two. The TV stops, my work calls are interrupted. My wife has used all her mobile data on her phone due to the WiFi dropping out. It is awful. But I come on here and it says everything is fine. Im getting tired of the poor quality of service despite the repeated increases in bills.

I have only had my sky broadband  fitted a few weeks , I have nothing but problem , it was out for two days and switched it off and it came back on , now it keeps going to a red light , I have to turn it off . Does connect back to my phone . I called up they ran a test and said problem with setup but had to go to the app to test said there is nothing wrong with it. I really would like to talk to a human but always end up with an automated service. I need help!!

Not sure what you mean by you come on here as we are customers who help each other.

 

Do you have a poor signal throughout your home ?
