Connection issues

Two nights in a row at midnight my connection has failed. Checked both broadband and WiFi connection speeds and they state everything is ok. But past midnight for the past 2 night nothing has been able to connect at all. Tried restarting/resetting the router and still nothing works

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach and it coukd take more than one night. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.
