Connection issues

Although I have tested my WiFi through your online service, I am still having issues with no connection. For example, my tv with sky Q  connection keeps dropping so I am unable to use Netflix etc. 

My phone also has poor connection via the WiFi.

Same thing happening to me. Trying to find any troubleshooting steps and having no luck

Mine works for a while if I reset and press the button on the router etc, but it soon drops off again! I haven't got time to keep resetting it! It seems to be worse since we upgraded to a new hub a few months ago.
