Connection issue

Hi,

for the last couple of days I have had weak connection from WiFi to my devices and the connection keeps cutting out. 
 Please can you help as it's affecting my work.

@Hom2 as a first step run the service checker in the My Sky app to see what speed your hub is receiving. If that is below the minimum guaranteed speed for your line then the app should offer further help,or call Sky. 

If the speed to your hub is not the issue it is likely to be an issue in your home. WiFi signals can be affected by many things so make sure the hub and your devices are out in the open. Try rebooting the hub as thst will ensure it is using yhe least congested wifi channels as interference from your neighbour's networks could cause speds to drop.

 

However you may need to either work closer tomthe hub or invest in better WiFi kit if you work from home.
