Connection is not

Hi Sky, my connection is very weak. It's not working all the time. I tried to call sky to seek for help but I find hard to contact sky.

My Internet is not working so can not access my laptop on InternetAlso my tv will not connect so paying for no service at all at the moment I need working Internet asap again try rebutting but middle light on yhe router is Red the other 2 green tryed rebutting it 3 times now can yoh help Martin harrison
