Re: Connection is glitchy
@amanda180 Ok think i have but let's confirm, it's a smart TV wireless wifi connected to the sky Hub and the Hub is connected to the OR Openreach phone line for you Broadband speed.....
Two way's to test this, 1st is just switch off the TV for a couple minutes, NO POWER to it so off at the mains, when it comes back on and connects how does it operate then when watching picture and voice in sync with each other?
You have to try to rule out is it a TV issue or a Wireless wifi Hub issue!

Re: Connection is glitchy
@amanda180 All you can do is keep an eye on it, very hard to work out which way to go, TV or the wireless wifi hub signal! If they had been close together would have recommended trying an Ethernet cable direct, but when apart get's more difficult, but there are a few options for doing so, attack that one later if needed!👍
