Connection drops / pauses
Over the last few days, the connection keeps dropping or just seems to pause/have issues then continues.
e,g while watching Netflix or any of the other online streaming platforms, watching drama ok and the programme just pauses and eventually recovers.

Re: Connection drops / pauses
Please investigate as I've done the online checks and checks says no issues. My neighbour is experiencing similar problems.

Re: Connection drops / pauses
@Jaz+Chohan you are not talking to Sky by pisting in the forum if you need their help, give them a call.
Line drops can be caused by multiple issues especially if you have a partial fibre service. The system is designed to stabilise itself by reducing speeds in steps. Sky can only get Openreach to intervene if that is not happening.
