Connection drops in and out.
I have issue with with network droping for a while. Because of this I have changed my hub assuming it's sky issue, issue still persist even with new hub. Sky service shows everything looks good in sky app.My network is through openreach. Could this be openreach modem issue, how can this be resolved.

Re: Connection drops in and out.
@Jailaxmi chrck the leds on the Sky hub and the Openreach ONT unitas they tell you what is happening this link explains what the Sky hub lights mean https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start on the ONT assuming you have a full fibre connection a red light means the hub isnt receiving an optical signal.
Report a line issue to Sky unless the service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile. Connection tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line.
