Connection Dropping Out

We have recently moved to Sky broadband and it work fine through the ground floor of the house. But on the second floor where our studies are, the connection to the router is regularly dropping out which is causing issues with us working from home. Ideally an extender/booster would solve this issue.

You can claim a free booster if you have the Sky Max or Boost subscriptions on your account.
