Connection Activated but no Internet : No internet light on Hub

I have turned on my Sky Hub after the activation message. But the internet light doesn't go green. The power and Wifi line is green. Please help asap.

Is your activate date today? It can take until midnight before it becomes live.

Yes its today and they texted me that its activated please connect. On call with them apparently my line is crossed with someone else and an engineer needs to visit.

They have booked an engineer visit. Can someone tell me if its cost anything or is ti free as I have just setup and it isn't working?

@onizam95  There should be no cost for the engineer visit.
