Connecting

I am a new customer and today should be by connection day for internet I still haven't got any and the message said it should happen at midnight on the day! Any idea why this hasn't happened and who do I get in touch woth

@Karen671 Until you get or not then it does not matter regarding the connection day/time, if the Engineer or whoever has not managed to get whatever is required to be done, then sky will not even know until overnight, but if you do wish to pursue it see the link below!.
