just had a new broadband router
all lights are green but nothing is connecting to the internet

Which router do you have and have you confirmed connectivity via the router stats, if it is a Sky Max router that is AI-driven then confirm with Sky it is registered correctly by phoning Sky directly on 150 from your home phone.
