Connecting to 2.4 GHz
Hi
I have the new white router and i am trying to connect a new CCTV camera to 2.4 but it will not show on my wifi,Ive accessed the app and turned 5 off but still not showing, When i accessing my router setting via website it greyed out.
Can anyone please help me 🙂

@SarahR94 Use your sky app, goto the settings before, and downgrade the wireless security to wpa2-psk and apply that, see if the cctv can now see the wireless! Link below if you need it!

Thanks i have tried that yesterday and was at it for ages and it wouldnt work 😞 i will try tommorow again

I have been disabling the 5GHZ so am not sure if this is right,Sorry if am been a bit daft

@SarahR94 No you probably want to do both, the 5Ghz and also the wpa2-psk from the current wpa3 or wpa3-t that it may be at just now, the link earlier in the post points you wireless security level mode!
