Hi, my mum got new leads in the post when she renewed her contract. I think they are for the change that allows you to phone 999 if the power is off. The leads fit but the phone won't work, any ideas?
@Karen272 Your mum may just have got the Full Set off leads applied and sent so she has them all, more than likely that is the case especially if nothing is happening or changing in the package!
Nothing to do with dialing 999 etc!
Where is the connection currently for the hub and the phone you are using!
