Connecting my new hub

I have been sent a new hub but it is not connecting to the internet

Because the last one was just flashing green and the new one is doing the same

@Jordan941 So kind of rules out that it may not be the hub that is the issue then, you need to explain what you have and how it is all connected or call sky and let them know same as before.
