Connecting HP printer to sky router

I'm having trouble connecting my HP Photosmart 5520 printer to my sky broadband router. The printer troubleshooting report says that I need to ensure that the MAC address filtering is enabled but I've no idea how to do this and I can't seem to be able to address printer as a new device withi the MySky app.

Sky Hubs don't do MAC filtering.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I'm not really technologically minded so would you mind explaining how I do that.
