Connected to hub but no internet

At about 11:30pm last night, my internet went out - My sky app stated no issues so I thought maybe weather or whatnot.

 

Wake up this morning and the lights are Green - Amber - Green. WiFi on my phone states connected without internet.

My Sky app says there is an issue, do the checker and says it's fine. 

I have so far - unplugged and turned back on, reset, logged in as admin and rebooted. I've checked all the lines, cables, plugs. Nothing seems wrong!

 

I tried calling sky and it was just automated sending me back to the service checker...but service checker says it's all okay?!

 

Please help, I have lots of work to do today 😭

Mine is the exact same as yours happened last night around 10pm and still nothing is working to fix it. Only have the WiFi 3 days and this happens. Very very poor work

Appearntly there is an outage at me but on downdetector or anything I look on I can't see if anything is down. Becoming a joke since only installed on Friday and it's gone Saturday
