Hi, had fttp installed on Wednesday, I just get the message connected but no internet when trying to connect. Have things 'hard wired' to the router and they don't work either. Have spoken to the help desk and they think it's something to do with open reach but I'm just after seeing if anyone else has had the same problem and it's something daft I've done/not done?! Thanks
