Connected new broadband hub
I have connected a new broadband hub, all lights are green, so looks ok, but what do I do with the old hub? It still has light on, do I just unplug it?

Re: Connected new broadband hub
If you have ordered a few hub to replace an older model then you can unplug the old one and only use the new one.
You can return the d one to Sky:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
