Connected but no internet

I am connected to my hub but the message i am getting is no internet connection
I have tried to reset the password but it won't accept it (medsagd; password I correct)

Try rebooting the hub at the mains.

@Rose75 check the lights on the hub (https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/sky-broadband-equipment/sky-hub/lights-on-my-sky-hub/article...) if theyshow thst the hub has lodt connection to the line run the Service Checker in the My Sky app which will tell you if Sky arecalready aware of a fault affecting your connection if thry are you will havecto wait until that is fixed.

 

If the app doesnt tell you Sky know about the fault you need to call them and report it to them.
